- SPAIN: 5€. Between 3 – 5 working days.
- EUROPEAN UNION : 15€. Between 7 – 10 working days.
- REST OF THE WORLD: 25€. 14 working days.
CUSTOM TAXES
The customer is responsible for paying customs taxes or additional fees, as they are not included in the final price of your order. These taxes are calculated in accordance with the applicable law in the country where the orders are shipped.
We do not know the exact amount of these taxes, so we recommend that you inquire at your customs office before placing an order.
In the event that taxes are not paid and the shipment is rejected or abandoned, shipping costs and customs taxes will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
Once your order is received you have 14 days to return it. Please contact us via email at sales@anidiplosis.com with subject: Return + Order Number.
Once received and reviewed that the product meets the minimum requirements of our policies, we will proceed to its return.
Shipping charges and taxes are not refundable.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction.
No change or return of garments will be made that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or have suffered any damage, so you must make sure to keep the product in perfect condition while it remains in your possession.
When making the return, make sure to include all its original packaging, instructions, original labels and all accompanying documents, as well as obtain a tracking number as proof of shipment.
Check that items are securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
TARE
All our garments are checked before sending them and we make sure that they come out in perfect condition. That is why we ask you to check that your garment is in perfect condition upon receiving your package. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately at the email: sales@anidiplosis.com indicating all the necessary information about the defective item.
